My name is Ian Ruby and I am a psychotherapist based in Cork. I am an accredited member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and hold an honours degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy from MTU. I have a flexible, integrative approach in which the counselling style is tailored to the specific needs and circumstances of each client. I endeavour to provide a compassionate, non-judgmental environment in which people can feel safe and supported while exploring their issues. I am committed to developing my professional practice and so have completed further professional training in subjects such as offering therapy online and working with neurodiverse clients. I continue to pursue professional development by regularly attending workshops and trainings.
